Try not to engage in the natural tendency of the mind as it tries to seek justification as to why you experience what you experience. This maybe challenging at first, but it will get easier as you practise with your awareness; " here I am (Name) observing my feeling of ....( anger etc) Stay with it until you start feeling a sense of relief and ease! The aim is not to engage in the mind and ping pong game, which seems to be the natural tendency. This is like training a new muscle just keep practicing until you have mastered it. What you will feel is immediate relief as you distance yourself from your emotions. Remember you are not the emotion and you are not what your mind what you to tell you! You can choose where you focus your attention so that your actions align with your higher self. Detaching yourself from people will ease your stress Weather they are friends or family - life becomes easier to live! Understanding that each of us is going through a Journey and wish for our journey to be meaningful. So if we start to look to fix-it (help, make it easier) for people we are doing them an injustice because Then they do not get to live and work through their own challenges! Therefore their lessons of growth gets hinded by your emotion attachment ... In wanting to help them!
