Here I am observing my feelings


Try not to engage in the natural tendency of the mind as it tries to seek justification as to why you experience what you experience.

This maybe challenging at first, but it will get easier as you practise with your awareness;

" here I am  (Name) observing my feeling of ....( anger etc)

Stay with it until you start feeling a sense of relief and ease!

The aim is not to engage in the mind and ping pong game, which seems to be the natural tendency.

This is like training a new muscle just keep practicing until you have mastered it.

What you will feel is immediate relief as you distance yourself from your emotions.

Remember you are not the emotion and you are not what your mind what you to tell you!

You can choose where you focus your attention so that your actions align with your higher self.

The key is not to stop those feelings such as anger, frustrations and so on from arising, but to learn how to work around them by accepting that they are there.

This is how you can control them and by controlling them you have then the ability to focus your attention on things that matter to you!!!

On what you and your true self wishes to achieve.
