Definition of Life (Ayus) according to Ayurveda Ayus is the combination of the Body, the Sense Organs, the Mind and the Soul. The Body is made of the five elements (Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth) and is the Place where the Soul lives with enjoyments and sufferings. The Sense organs are also five in total - Eyes, Ears, Nose, Tongue and Skin. The Mind is the link between the Sense Organs and the Soul and is a tool for gaining the Knowledge. Here I am observing my feelings

Try not to engage in the natural tendency of the mind as it tries to seek justification as to why you experience what you experience. This maybe challenging at first, but it will get easier as you practise with your awareness; " here I am (Name) observing my feeling of ....( anger etc) Stay with it until you start feeling a sense of relief and ease! The aim is not to engage in the mind and ping pong game, which seems to be the natural tendency. This is like training a new muscle just keep practicing until you have mastered it. What you will feel is immediate relief as you distance yourself from your emotions. Remember you are not the emotion and you are not what your mind what you to tell you! You can choose where you focus your attention so that your actions align with your higher self. Detaching yourself from people will ease your stress Weather they are friends or family - life becomes easier to live! Understanding that each of us is going through a Journey and wish for our journey to be meaningful. So if we start to look to fix-it (help, make it easier) for people we are doing them an injustice because Then they do not get to live and work through their own challenges! Therefore their lessons of growth gets hinded by your emotion attachment ... In wanting to help them! No one has the right to fix someone else; You will find that the people that do have a lot of stuff to shift from their own life and look at others Because it is easier to help them then themselves!! Be the Best You Can Be Period !!
